Alexander Maroun
CO-FOUNDER
As a managing partner of Apex Capital Investments, Alex brings a diverse set of skills. Growing up in the Greater Boston Area, Alex is a passionate and experienced real estate investor focused on creating generational wealth and financial freedom.
Prior to his arrival to commercial multifamily real estate, Alex earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of New England followed up with a B.S. in Nursing from MCPHS University. Over the last decade, Alex has successfully managed a small business restaurant, practiced as a travel nurse in 7 states and over 20 hospital systems, and operated a short-term rental business in Florida. His start in real estate came through single-family homes and property management.
Alex specializes in real estate acquisitions by sourcing, analyzing and underwriting properties. By combining rigorous market research with proven business strategies, he aims to achieve the best opportunities for his investors.
Brianna Dwinnell
CO-FOUNDER
Brianna cultivates and nurtures investor relationships to secure capital for ventures.Skilled in developing strategic partnerships and effectively managing investment portfolios. Brianna is passionate about driving growth and delivering value through robust financial strategies.
Previous to Apex Capital, Brianna graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Retail Management with a minor in Hospitality. She is currently managing a short term rental business in South Florida, while working as a senior recruiter for the nation's leading healthcare staffing agency. Brianna’s philosophy is to put people in the most advantageous positions for success and foster long-term relationships.
